I have eaten many fruit cakes from different companies, but I always enjoy my "Claxton" fix every Christmas. It's just not Christmas without a Claxton Fruit Cake. My family looks forward to it as well. It's the most moist and flavorful fruit cake I've ever had. No ingredient overpowers another. The pecans are absolutely wonderful as well. Thank you Claxton Bakery for an amazing dessert.
