I've ordered this item for my son for quite a few years. He loves fruitcake, as do I. We've tried many different well known brands and have found nothing that can compare to CLAXTON. Thank you for providing a quality product at such a great price and variety of options.

I never liked fruitcake until I had Claxton Fruit Cake. It is the best by far. My husband and his mother request Claxton Fruit Cakes as their birthday cake. My mother-in-law is now 91, and these small individual fruitcake slices are perfect for her. She keeps them in her refrigerator. Chilled, they taste really good. and one is perfect for a snack or dessert while keeping the rest fresh. She may be moving to a nursing home soon and I think since they are sealed individually that she may be able to keep them in her room. She absolutely loves them. We usually drive to the store in Claxton since we live in the Savannah area. They remember us and are always so nice!

We are from North Carolina, and I grew up with my Mom and Dad buying Claxton Fruit Cake every Christmas. They always spiked it. The memories I have, although I did not partake. My dad is 93 and he looks forward to receiving his individual slices. He has always said Claxton is the best! It is now part of the tradition of "Claxton for Christmas." I look in the stores and see others and also Claxton, but I prefer to order online. The customer service at Claxton is the best I have ever seen!

Claxton Fruit Cake is the best. I'm an advocate for the company! I always tell people that you haven't had fruitcake until you've had Claxton, it' the real deal!" Born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, Fruitcake is one of those things that keeps families close. I used to send this to my Granddad every year, until he passed. Now, I've picked up some other beautiful senior friends and it's on! If you haven't tried it, you don't know what you're missing. And it's ok to spike the cake with a little rum for the holidays too to bring a little cheer in the house. (LOL) Come on and place those orders, people.

I like to pack one when I go for a hike as a snack. I also pack several (one a day) when backpacking. They are the convenient way to have a tasty snack anywhere at any time. I just ordered a box of the ClaxSnax for this Fall and have found another great use for them. I have to take a couple of stress tests and required to pack a sandwich with a cold soft drink when doing them. I will have one ClaxSnax packed with each meal both days as a treat for taking the test. By the way, if you have any family members who likes fruit cakes, the little ClaxSnax make great stocking stuffers. It's an old saying but a pretty good one, "Try it, you'll like it"."
